Job Description
Growth Marketing Manager (Enterprise ABM)
Location: Hybrid (4 days per week in office) | New York, Denver, or San Francisco
Salary: Competitive Base Salary $115,000 - 189,000 + Equity
About the Company
Our client is a rapidly scaling B2B SaaS business operating within a highly complex and heavily regulated industry. Their technology platform is transforming critical back-office operations through automation, helping enterprise organisations reduce manual processes, improve efficiency, and accelerate revenue outcomes.
Having achieved exceptional year-on-year growth, the business is now entering its next phase of commercial expansion, investing heavily in marketing, sales, and go-to-market capabilities. This presents a rare opportunity to join at a pivotal stage and help build foundational growth programmes that will directly influence company revenue.
The organisation combines ambitious growth targets with a product-led culture, hiring individuals who enjoy solving difficult problems, moving quickly, and creating measurable business impact.
About the Role
This is a newly created Growth Marketing Manager position focused on building and scaling an enterprise Account-Based Marketing (ABM) function.
Previously supported by external partners, the company is now bringing ABM in-house and is looking for an ambitious marketer to own the strategy, execution, optimisation, and measurement of enterprise account programmes.
Working closely with Sales leadership and the Growth team, you will develop highly targeted campaigns designed to engage strategic accounts, generate pipeline, and accelerate enterprise revenue growth.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys operating in a high-growth environment, thrives with ownership, and wants to build programmes from the ground up rather than optimise existing processes.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Design and execute multi-channel ABM campaigns targeting strategic enterprise accounts.
- Develop personalised marketing programmes incorporating content, digital advertising, outbound collaboration, executive engagement, and events.
- Define account segmentation frameworks using ICP data, intent signals, market intelligence, and revenue potential.
- Partner closely with sales teams to align marketing activity with named account strategies and revenue objectives.
- Build repeatable ABM playbooks that enable effective personalisation at scale.
- Own pipeline contribution metrics, reporting, and campaign performance analysis.
- Select, implement, and optimise ABM technologies and supporting processes.
- Collaborate with marketing operations to improve attribution, measurement, and reporting capabilities.
- Identify opportunities to increase engagement, pipeline velocity, and conversion within target accounts.
- Continuously test, learn, and optimise campaigns based on performance insights.
About You
You'll be a commercially-minded growth marketer who enjoys building new programmes and can demonstrate measurable revenue impact from previous ABM initiatives.
We're particularly interested in candidates who have experience in fast-growth SaaS environments and who can effectively partner with sales teams to influence pipeline and revenue outcomes.
Essential Experience
- 3-5 years' experience in Growth Marketing, Demand Generation, or Account-Based Marketing.
- Experience building or running enterprise ABM campaigns within a high-growth B2B SaaS organisation.
- Proven ability to demonstrate direct pipeline and revenue contribution.
- Experience collaborating closely with sales teams on named account strategies.
- Strong understanding of account segmentation, ICP development, buyer journeys, and enterprise marketing motions.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
Technical Skills
- Hands-on experience with ABM platforms such as 6sense, Demandbase, RollWorks, Terminus, or similar.
- Working knowledge of CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Desirable Experience
- Experience within healthcare technology, fintech, enterprise software, or other regulated industries.
- Exposure to scaling marketing programmes in Series A-E growth-stage businesses.
- Experience building marketing processes, frameworks, or functions from the ground up.
Culture Fit
This opportunity suits someone who:
- Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Enjoys ambiguity and solving complex challenges.
- Takes ownership and executes with minimal direction.
- Can balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
- Is motivated by measurable business outcomes rather than activity metrics.
- Enjoys collaborating cross-functionally across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations.
Candidates whose experience has been exclusively within large corporate environments may find the pace, change, and hands-on nature of the role significantly different from what they've experienced previously.
Benefits
- Competitive salary package.
- Meaningful equity participation.
- High-growth career progression opportunities.
- Exposure to senior commercial leadership.
- Opportunity to build a foundational revenue-driving function from the ground up.
- Collaborative and ambitious culture with strong investment in growth.
Culture
The business values individuals who combine intellectual curiosity with a strong bias for action. Success is measured through outcomes, ownership, continuous improvement, and the ability to create meaningful impact.
Employees are encouraged to challenge thinking, move with urgency, and contribute beyond the boundaries of their job description, making it an excellent environment for ambitious professionals seeking significant career growth.
