Job Description

Senior Product Manager / Product Lead

B2B Software | Warsaw | Up to PLN 325,950 + up to 15% bonus

About the Company

Solis Recruitment are partnering with a growing international B2B software business, developing data and intelligence products used by enterprise customers across global markets.

The business operates in a highly analytical environment, where customers rely on its technology to understand changing markets, interrogate large datasets and make better commercial decisions.

As the software portfolio continues to grow, they’re looking for a Senior Product Manager / Product Lead to take ownership of an important regional portfolio and help shape how its products evolve across different markets.

You’ll join an established Product and Engineering environment, but with significant autonomy over the direction, customer proposition and commercial development of your portfolio.

About the Role

This is a broad Product role for someone who wants ownership beyond a single product, feature area or roadmap.

You'll take responsibility for a portfolio of B2B software products, working closely with customers to understand how their requirements differ between markets and where the biggest opportunities exist.

You'll own the journey from discovery and product vision through to prioritisation, delivery, adoption and commercial performance.

The products are data-intensive, with complex analytical and quantitative functionality sitting behind the user experience. You don't need to be an engineer or data scientist, but you do need to be comfortable getting into the detail of how analytical products work, challenging assumptions and translating technical complexity into products customers value.

An important part of the role is deciding what matters most for your region. You'll determine which capabilities should be prioritised, where the portfolio needs to evolve and when broader development is needed, working with central Product and Engineering teams to make it happen.

There is also a strong commercial dimension. You'll work closely with commercial and customer-facing teams across pricing, product-market fit, adoption and recurring revenue.

This is a senior individual contributor role with significant autonomy and visibility, offering the opportunity to become an influential Product voice within the region. For someone joining at Product Manager level, there is scope to develop into the wider Product Lead remit.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Own the vision, strategy and roadmap for a regional portfolio of software products.
  • Lead customer discovery, building a strong understanding of user needs, market differences and emerging opportunities.
  • Translate customer insight and complex requirements into clear Product priorities.
  • Own the regional backlog and make informed decisions around what gets built and when.
  • Work closely with Product, Engineering, Data and specialist teams from discovery through to delivery.
  • Influence wider Product roadmaps where regional requirements require broader development.
  • Build strong customer relationships and establish effective feedback loops between users and Product teams.
  • Work with commercial and customer-facing teams on product positioning, pricing, adoption and recurring revenue.

About You

We're looking for someone with strong Product Management experience who has worked with data-intensive software used to analyse, model or understand market trends.

Product experience is essential, but you don't necessarily need to come from one particular sector.

Having worked with deep intelligence, quantitative or modelling-led products will be highly beneficial.

You'll ideally have:

  • Strong end-to-end Product Management experience across discovery, vision, prioritisation, roadmaps and delivery.
  • Experience owning B2B software, data or intelligence products where the underlying functionality goes beyond straightforward SaaS.
  • Strong customer discovery skills, with the ability to identify the underlying problem rather than simply respond to feature requests.
  • Experience working with advanced analytics, modelling, large datasets, complex calculations or similarly technical functionality.
  • Strong stakeholder management, with the ability to influence Engineering, Commercial, customer-facing teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Commercial awareness, ideally with exposure to areas such as pricing, product-market fit, adoption or recurring revenue.
  • Professional fluency in English and Polish.

We're open to different industry backgrounds. Experience within areas such as energy, commodities, logistics, fintech, financial data or market intelligence could be particularly relevant, but sector experience isn't the deciding factor.

What matters most is the depth and complexity of the products and problems you've owned, your ability to understand customers and your judgement in turning those problems into a compelling Product vision.
