- Develop business cases and investment proposals for new products, features, and growth initiatives.
- Work closely with Engineering and Design teams to deliver high-quality product improvements and new functionality.
- Drive product adoption, engagement, retention, and revenue growth through continuous optimisation and experimentation.
- Define product requirements, user stories, success metrics, and acceptance criteria.

- Contribute to pricing, packaging, monetisation, and go-to-market initiatives.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure successful product launches and customer adoption.
- Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, AI developments, and competitive activity to identify future opportunities.
About You

- Experience working with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, Data, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
- Comfortable operating in a scale-up or growth-stage environment where priorities can evolve quickly.
- Strong commercial awareness with experience influencing revenue growth, customer acquisition, product adoption, or retention metrics.
- Data-driven approach with the ability to turn insights into actionable product decisions.
