  • Manage marketing activity across digital channels including ecommerce websites, CRM, email marketing, paid media, affiliate marketing and social media.
  • Support onsite merchandising, promotional activity and customer acquisition initiatives to maximise traffic, conversion and revenue.
  • Monitor campaign and channel performance, using data and insights to optimise marketing effectiveness and return on investment.
  • Plan and coordinate offline marketing activity, including promotional materials, direct marketing campaigns, catalogues, events and partnership opportunities.
  • Partner with ecommerce, product and commercial teams to support category growth, product launches and strategic business initiatives.
  • Maintain a consistent brand identity, tone of voice and customer experience across all online and offline touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with internal creative teams, external agencies and suppliers to develop high-quality marketing assets and campaigns.
  • Define campaign KPIs, analyse performance and produce regular reports with actionable recommendations to support future decision-making.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships across ecommerce, product, operations and customer service teams while driving marketing best practice and continuous improvement.

You'll likely have:

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and performance metrics.
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • A data-driven mindset with a focus on commercial outcomes.
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments with multiple priorities.

Experience working with agencies, managing multiple brands, or supporting offline marketing campaigns would be advantageous.

Benefits

  • Salary between £45,000 - £50,000 dependent on experience.
  • Hybrid working model
  • Pension scheme
  • Employee discount programme
  • Employee Assistance Programme
  • On-site parking
  • Opportunity to join a growing ecommerce business with ambitious expansion plans and genuine scope for career development.

Culture

This business values collaboration, commercial thinking and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will be proactive, organised and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where ideas are encouraged and results are recognised.

You'll join a team focused on growth, innovation and delivering outstanding customer experiences while helping shape the future direction of the brand.
