They work with a range of well-known clients across education, fintech, B2B, and more, leveraging data and insights to create multi-channel campaigns that elevate and enhance brands with a strategic eye for the future.

The Role
As a Mid-weight Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing creative, data-driven branding strategies that align with clients' objectives and resonate with their target audiences. You’ll work closely with creative and account management teams to ensure clients receive holistic and impactful branding solutions.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Supporting the Head of Strategy and Senior Strategists by conducting research, gathering key insights, and translating data into creative brand strategies.
- Contributing to the strategy process by sharing ideas and embracing bold, innovative thinking.
- Carrying out primary research using qualitative and quantitative methods (e.g., surveys, stakeholder interviews, focus groups).
- Presenting strategic outputs to internal teams and clients.
- Understanding the brand-building process and the breadth of possible deliverables within branding (e.g., brand strategy, brand architecture).
- Collaborating with creative and client partnership teams to ensure campaigns align with the brief.
The Skills
To be successful in your application, you will have experience as a Junior Strategist, with at least two years of experience in a research, branding, or creative agency.
You will have:
- Proven experience in developing and implementing branding strategies for a range of clients.
- A strong understanding of brand positioning, messaging, and identity development.
- The ability to conduct thorough market research and analyze consumer insights to inform branding strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey strategy recommendations to clients.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Our client is offering a salary of £35,000 + benefits, including:
- Hybrid working (three days in the office, two days from home).
