Forward Deployed Engineer

Location: Victoria, London (4 Days Per Week)

Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 + Bonus + Equity

This role combines customer engagement, implementation and technical problem solving.

Working directly with customers, you'll support deployments, solve integration challenges and ensure successful adoption of the platform.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Lead technical customer deployments.
• Manage implementation projects.
• Troubleshoot integrations and technical challenges.
• Translate customer requirements into solutions.
• Work closely with Product and Engineering teams.
• Create implementation documentation and best practices.
• Support enterprise customer onboarding.

About You

• Experience as a Forward Deployed Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Implementation Engineer or Technical Consultant.
• Strong customer-facing communication skills.
• Experience with APIs and integrations.
• Excellent technical problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable operating within startup environments.
