Location: Victoria, London (4 Days Per Week)

Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 + Equity

About the Role

This is an opportunity for an ambitious marketer to become a founding member of the commercial team.

Working directly with the founders, you'll support growth initiatives across demand generation, content, campaigns and customer acquisition.

The company is open to candidates stepping into a manager-level role for the first time, provided they've developed strong marketing foundations within a startup or scale-up environment.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Support execution of the marketing strategy.
• Create campaigns across email, content, social and SEO.
• Help generate pipeline and customer demand.
• Analyse campaign performance and identify improvements.
• Conduct customer and competitor research.
• Support website and content optimisation initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with founders and sales teams.
• Test new acquisition channels and growth opportunities.
• Build reporting and campaign measurement frameworks.

About You

• 2-5 years' experience in B2B SaaS, AI or technology marketing.
• Startup or scale-up experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals.
• Experience supporting demand generation initiatives.
• Commercially aware with strong analytical skills.
• Highly proactive and able to work autonomously.
• Excited by building something from the ground up.
