About the Role
As Technical Product Manager, you'll play a key role in bridging product, engineering, AI and customer teams while helping maintain the quality and performance standards that underpin the platform.
This is a hands-on position within a fast-moving startup environment, combining product ownership, operational excellence and AI evaluation. You'll work closely with customers, internal stakeholders and technical teams to identify opportunities, diagnose challenges and deliver product improvements that create measurable impact.

Responsibilities and Duties
Product Quality & AI Evaluation
- Define and maintain quality standards across key product areas.
- Develop, manage and continuously improve evaluation frameworks used to assess product and AI performance.
- Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for optimisation and improvement.
- Analyse customer interactions and real-world usage patterns to ensure testing remains aligned with user needs.
- Partner with engineering and AI teams to translate findings into actionable product enhancements.
Product Operations
- Support the smooth day-to-day running of the product function.
- Triage issues, investigate root causes and coordinate resolution with relevant teams.
- Maintain visibility across ongoing initiatives, priorities and delivery timelines.
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure efficient communication and execution.
Customer Insight & Collaboration
- Gather and synthesise customer feedback, identifying recurring themes and product opportunities.
- Collaborate with Customer Success teams to ensure customer challenges are reflected in product priorities.
- Use qualitative and quantitative insights to support decision-making and roadmap development.
- Communicate product improvements, updates and feature launches to internal stakeholders.
Product Ownership
- Own features and initiatives through their lifecycle from discovery to delivery.
- Create clear product documentation, requirements and success criteria.
- Support roadmap planning and prioritisation activities.
- Contribute to the launch of new functionality and product modules.
- Collaborate closely with founders and senior stakeholders to shape product direction.
About You
- Previous experience in a Product Manager or Technical Product Manager role within a software, SaaS or technology environment.
- Strong understanding of AI tools and technologies, with practical experience using them to solve business or customer challenges.
- Comfortable working alongside engineering teams and discussing technical concepts, trade-offs and solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a structured and analytical approach.
- Experience using data, customer feedback and performance metrics to guide product decisions.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Comfortable operating within a fast-paced startup environment where priorities can evolve quickly.
- Highly organised, proactive and motivated by ownership and accountability.
- Passionate about delivering high-quality customer experiences and continuous product improvement.
Desirable Experience
- Experience working with AI products, AI evaluation frameworks or model testing environments.
- Exposure to product quality assurance or structured testing methodologies.
- Familiarity with tools such as Linear, Notion and Slack.
- Experience within a startup or scale-up environment.
- Knowledge of PropTech, property management or real estate technology sectors.
