About the Role

As Head of Product - Platform & AI, you will define the vision, strategy and roadmap for the company's core platform, ensuring customers can seamlessly access products, data and insights through a best-in-class user experience.

This is a high-impact leadership role that combines strategic thinking with hands-on product ownership. Working closely with engineering, design, data, AI and commercial teams, you'll help shape the future direction of the platform while ensuring customers receive meaningful value from every interaction.

You'll play a central role in identifying where AI can enhance customer outcomes, improve workflows and create competitive advantage, helping the business continue its evolution as an innovative, product-led organisation.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Define and own the product vision, strategy and roadmap for the platform.
• Lead the evolution of the customer experience, creating a seamless and intuitive journey across products, data and insights.
• Use customer research, feedback and analytics to identify opportunities and prioritise development initiatives.
• Work closely with design and engineering teams to deliver high-quality products and experiences.
• Drive the development of shared platform capabilities, including dashboards, reporting and data visualisation tools.
• Partner with AI specialists to identify and deliver intelligent product enhancements that create measurable value for customers.
• Collaborate with product teams across the wider business to ensure a connected and consistent user experience.
• Influence delivery teams throughout the product lifecycle, from discovery through to launch and optimisation.
• Partner with commercial stakeholders to support customer engagement, adoption, retention and growth.
• Champion a product-led culture focused on experimentation, innovation and continuous improvement.

About You

• Proven experience leading and scaling B2B SaaS products or platforms.
• Strong product management expertise with the ability to balance long-term strategy and day-to-day execution.
• Hands-on experience delivering AI-powered products, features or workflows that have driven meaningful customer adoption.
• Experience working within platform environments, multi-product ecosystems or shared product architectures.
• Strong customer discovery skills and a data-driven approach to product decision-making.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across multiple functions.
• A strong understanding of UX principles and a passion for creating exceptional customer experiences.
• Comfortable working in fast-moving environments where priorities evolve and ambiguity exists.
• Commercially minded, outcome-focused and motivated by delivering measurable business impact.
