With thousands of creators using the platform across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and emerging channels, the company sits at the intersection of creator tooling, digital rights, and subscription based SaaS products.

About the RoleOur client is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who can own and scale creator acquisition through a blend of performance marketing, community building, partnerships, and referral driven growth.
This is a deeply acquisition focused role with a strong emphasis on subscription growth, funnel optimisation, and clear reporting. It also requires hands on community management and engagement, building a genuine presence across platforms such as Discord, Reddit, YouTube, TikTok, and other creator driven spaces both online and in person.
You will operate across a wide channel mix including PMax, YouTube Ads, paid social, organic social, creator partnerships, referral programmes, affiliate programmes, events, talks, and community led initiatives. Your job is to understand what drives creators to sign up, what converts them into paying subscribers, and what keeps them engaged month after month.
The ideal candidate is commercially minded, highly proactive, and comfortable owning the full acquisition engine. Experience working on acquisition strategies for SaaS subscription products is extremely valuable. You will bring structure to experimentation, confidence to report clearly on funnel performance, and the creativity to build authentic creator focused campaigns and communities.
Key Responsibilities
Acquisition and Growth
- Own the acquisition strategy across paid, organic, community, and partnership channels with a clear focus on subscription growth.
- Build and optimise multi channel campaigns across PMax, YouTube Ads, paid social, and creator specific platforms.
- Develop and scale creator referral and affiliate programmes, ensuring the right creators are targeted and incentivised.
- Track and report on funnel performance from awareness through to subscription uplift.
- Apply a data driven approach to testing, experimentation, and CAC and LTV analysis.
Community and Creator Engagement
- Own and manage creator communities across Discord, Reddit, and social channels, increasing participation, retention, and advocacy.
- Build authentic relationships with creators across a wide spectrum, from rising mid market creators through to high reach talent.
- Deliver in person and virtual community initiatives including talks, events, activations, and panel appearances.
- Create and manage pipelines for collaborations and partnerships that drive subscription uplift.
Commercial Impact
- Understand the creator ecosystem including algorithm shifts and monetisation pathways and translate this into actionable growth strategies.
- Report clearly on performance, actions, and outcomes with full ownership of your channels.
- Build internal alignment across product, data, and commercial teams to ensure acquisition efficiency and campaign success.
What You Bring
To be successful in your application for Growth Marketing Manager role you will have or be:- Experience operating as a Growth Marketer, Acquisition Manager, or similar role with a focus on SaaS subscription growth.
- Background in B2C, B2B or B2B2C environments with exposure to the creator economy, digital communities, or subscription based digital products.
- Hands on experience running multi channel acquisition campaigns across paid and organic platforms.
- Successfully ran customer acquisition strategies for a subscription business.
- Strong understanding of creator culture across YouTube, TikTok, and Shorts including growth and monetisation dynamics.
- Experience managing or growing online communities such as Discord and Reddit.
- Comfortable working with data, reporting, and performance metrics, able to own the funnel end to end.
- Strategic yet creative thinking that blends analytics with creator first storytelling.
- A proactive mindset and willingness to work hands on in a fast growing environment.
Working Arrangements
- Hybrid working with Tuesdays and Wednesdays in Soho, with flexibility for the remainder of the week.
- Salary between £45,000 - £55,000 depending on experience, plus a 10% bonus.
