The Role

As Junior Sales & Marketing Manager, you will help enterprise brands understand how authentic customer voices and word-of-mouth marketing can strengthen their brand and social strategies. Your focus will be on working with Branding and Social Media teams to show them how genuine reviews and customer insights amplify messaging and build trust.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is eager to learn, loves starting conversations, and is confident picking up the phone. You will support outreach, learn how to consult with senior stakeholders, and help position solutions that deliver measurable impact across the marketing funnel.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support outreach to enterprise FMCG, Electronics, Beauty, and Retail brands.
  • Learn to build and manage a pipeline of prospects.
  • Assist in delivering presentations and proposals that demonstrate the impact of authentic customer voices.
  • Help position word-of-mouth and UGC solutions within clients’ branding and social strategies.
  • Collaborate internally to refine messaging and share market insights.
  • Use CRM tools and data-driven insights to improve outreach and conversion.
  • Stay curious about UGC and social trends and share ideas with the team.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who understands the basics of digital marketing, is confident communicating with people, and is hungry to succeed. You might be a graduate with a placement year or in your second role, ready to take on more responsibility and learn fast.

Skills & Experience

  • A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Internship, placement year, or 1–2 years in a marketing, sales, or client-facing role.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in starting conversations.
  • Interest in digital marketing and social media trends.
  • Proactive, ambitious, and eager to learn.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with CRM tools or outreach methods.
