The Role
As Sales & Marketing Manager, you will focus on helping enterprise brands understand how authentic customer voices and word-of-mouth marketing can strengthen their brand and social strategies. Your role is about influencing Branding and Social Media teams, showing them how genuine reviews and customer insights amplify messaging and build trust.
This is a hands-on position for someone who thrives on starting conversations, picking up the phone, and opening doors. You will work with senior stakeholders in branding and social teams, consult on strategies that leverage real customer advocacy, and position solutions that drive measurable impact across the marketing funnel.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage a pipeline of enterprise FMCG, Electronics, Beauty, and Retail brands.
- Drive outreach through cold calling, email campaigns, social selling, and networking.
- Deliver presentations and proposals that demonstrate the impact of authentic customer voices on engagement and conversion.
- Position word-of-mouth and UGC solutions within clients’ branding and social strategies.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close deals aligned with client KPIs.
- Collaborate internally to refine messaging and share market insights.
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Use CRM and data-driven insights to improve outreach and conversion.
- Stay ahead of UGC and social trends and educate clients on best practices.
Skills & Experience Required
We are looking for someone who understands digital marketing from top to bottom, knows the levers that drive performance, and has proven they can take a marketing concept to a client and win. You might currently be a National Account Manager, Brand Manager, Sales Manager, or Business Development professional with strong exposure to marketing environments.
Even if you have not worked specifically in UGC or sampling, you will have a customer-centric mindset and the ability to show brands why authentic voices matter. You should be hungry, ambitious, and motivated by success and financial reward, with the confidence to operate independently and as part of a team.
You will have/be:

- Minimum 4 years in a strategic or mid-to-senior B2B sales or consultative marketing role.
- Experience selling to or working within FMCG or Electronics brands.
- Proven ability to open doors, build relationships, and drive revenue.
- Strong commercial acumen with CRM and sales enablement expertise.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Understanding of digital marketing and social media trends.
- Bonus: Curiosity for leveraging AI/LLMs to streamline workflows and enhance client engagement.
