Senior Amazon Brand Manager (UK)
Location: Remote (Only considering candidate living in the US, UK, Canada OR Europe, with full working rights)

Solis Recruitment have partnered with a high-performance Amazon consultancy looking for a Senior Amazon Brand Manager to join their growing team.
Founded by dynamic leaders who have built and successfully exited Amazon brands, they now partner with ambitious Amazon brands to looking to scale to 8-figures and beyond. This is about empowering clients to own and accelerate their success through expert strategies and execution.
They're on the lookout for a 360° Amazon professional, who understands the whole ecosystem and what it takes to drive sales and performance profitably.
The Role
You’ll lead strategy for a portfolio of high-performing Amazon brands. Acting as a strategic advisor and operational partner, you’ll work hands-on with clients to diagnose issues, scale growth, and implement high-impact improvements across catalogues, PPC, and backend operations.
This is a role for an end-to-end operator - someone who thrives on building and executing a full-funnel strategy. You’ll be hands-on with everything from optimizing listings and forecasting sales to developing and launching both paid and organic strategies that drive a brand’s success from top to bottom.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead weekly client strategy calls
- Develop and oversee paid advertising campaigns (PPC)
- Resolve catalogue, listing, and Seller Central issues
- Optimise backend operations: fees, inventory, margins, and COGs
- Support product launches and ranking improvements
- Provide ongoing guidance via Slack and email
- Collaborate to enhance internal processes and training materials
What You Bring
To be successful in your application you’ll have a track record of helping a born-on or native Amazon brand scale, or have experience working across a portfolio of brands.
You’ll have/be:
- 5+ years' experience managing Amazon FBA brands
- Experience with brands generating $10M+ in annual revenue
- Hands-on management of $50k+ monthly PPC budgets
- Strong knowledge of Seller Central and catalogue troubleshooting
- Clear understanding of profit drivers and financial metrics
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Positive, proactive mindset and commercial acumen
- Fluent in English
Salary & Benefits
- Salary $150,000 USD with OTE expected $250-300,000
