The Role

The Customer Services Specialist will play a key role in delivering a first class service to  customers, dealing with queries, resolving issues and exploring ways to improve processes.

 

The business is known as a leader within it’s category on TrustPilots and needs someone who will find ways to maintain and improve this.

 

This role is for someone who can analyse processes, pinpoint inefficiencies, and recommend smooth, effective tools and systems to enhance customer experiences.

 

Day to day responsibilities include:

 

  • Liaising with our world-class customers through emails, messaging, phone & providing accurate information & support
  • Resolve customer complaints or concerns efficiently & professionally
  • Maintain customer satisfaction to our world-class Trust Pilot rating
  • Building long term relationships with new & existing customers
  • Perform data entry to maintain customer service delivery times
  • Tracking & resolving issues with our courier

 

About you

To be successful in your application for the Customer Service Specialist role, you will have experience in a similar role, proactively work to fix issues and adopt measures to stop issues from reoccurring.

 

You will have or be:

  • 3+ years in a customer service role.
  • Experience liaising with customers through email, messaging, and phone.
  • Resolving customer complaints and concerns efficiently.
  • Building long-term relationships with customers.
  • Performing data entry to maintain service delivery times.
  • Tracking and resolving issues with couriers.
  • Going the extra mile for customers, taking full ownership of issues.
  • Commitment to delivering a "first-class" customer experience.
  • Willingness to respond outside of standard hours when needed.
  • A passion for sports would be highly beneficial.
