Ecommerce Content Assistant (Contract Role - 3 months)
Salary on offer - £27,000 - £30,000 pro-rota
Hybrid working, 2 days in office NW London

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to support our team during an exciting website migration project. This role involves a variety of administrative tasks, with a strong focus on content management and quality assurance, both during the migration and post-launch phases.
Key Responsibilities
- Upload, edit, and format website content, including landing pages, blog articles, and product pages, ensuring accurate transfer and consistency across platforms.
- Set up product listings by transferring product descriptions, resizing, and uploading images.
- Assist in quality assurance post-launch by identifying and flagging content errors or inconsistencies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all content aligns with brand standards and website structure.
What We're Looking For
- Prior experience uploading and managing website content.
- A strong understanding of e-commerce and content organisation.
- Familiarity with web content management systems (e.g., Magento, WordPress, Shopify or similar; Adobe Experience Manager experience is a plus—training provided if needed).
- Proficiency in image editing software (e.g., Photoshop, Canva etc...) with the ability to resize and optimise images for the web.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently on repetitive tasks.
