Solis have partnered with a Fintech looking for their first Marketing Lead. They want someone who can work closely with internal stakeholders and deliver a range of campaigns.
The Role
My client are looking for a Marketing Lead who’s ready to take charge and make an impact across a variety of marketing functions. This role is about building and executing growth-focused strategies, strengthening the brand, and driving meaningful connections with audience.
This will suit a marketer who's worked in a similar startup environment, and thrives on being involved with lots of different activites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end lead generation strategies that fuel business growth.
- Stay ahead with sharp market insights and competitive positioning.
- Work on the SEO strategy, ensuring content is meanigful, boosts visibility and attracts leads.
- Boost brand presence with compelling stories and media relationships.
- Own and shape the social media and content plans, aligning with brand voice.
- Manage CRM (Hubspot) systems and craft email campaigns that engage and convert.
- Plan standout events and build strategic relationships that open doors.
- Collaborate with sales to align marketing initiatives that push the needle.
- Use data-driven insights to refine and optimize campaigns.
- Manage the marketing budget efficiently, maximizing ROI.
What You Bring
To be successful in your application you must have 3+ years working within a Fintech.
You will have/be:
- Experience in growth marketing, brand strategy, and a knack for data-driven decision-making.
- Track record of delivering successful multi-channel Lead Generation campaigns.
- Understanding of Demand Generation principles.
- An ability to work with senior stakeholders, understand their objectives and contribute to best approaches and marketing strategy.
- Experience using Hubspot is highly desireable.
- Worked on B2B marketing campaigns.
You're proactive, collaborative, and ready to own this dynamic role.
The role will require travelling to the London office once a week, and offers performance bonuses, share options and pension on top of base salary.
