Salary: £50,000 - £57,000 + Benefits
Location: Central London (Hybrid, 2 days a week in-office)

They're looking to bring a Demand Generation Manager to help enhance their brand and promote their services to wider audiences.
The Role
As Demand Generation Manager, you'll take ownership of crafting and executing demand generation strategies, working closely with the leadership team to align marketing initiatives with business objectives. You’ll be responsible for driving customer acquisition, engagement, and pipeline growth through a mix of inbound and outbound campaigns.
What You’ll Be Doing

Develop and execute integrated campaigns across email, social media, events, webinars, and paid search.

Create high-value thought leadership pieces, whitepapers, and optimised sales collateral that align with the brand.

Leverage HubSpot to build, track, and optimise marketing workflows, ensuring seamless execution.

Drive organic traffic growth by refining and implementing a data-driven SEO strategy.

Define and target Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and buyer personas to deliver tailored campaigns.

Use analytics and performance data to refine strategies and maximise ROI.

Partner with sales and product teams to align messaging and optimise the marketing-sales funnel.
What You Bring
To be successful in your application you will have 5+ years relevant marketing experience, with the last 3 with B2B Marketing organisation (preferably SaaS) working on similar campaigns.
You will have/be:
- Proven experience in a similar demand generation role, preferably within a SaaS environment.
- Advanced knowledge of HubSpot for marketing automation, reporting, and campaign management.
- Success in executing multi-channel campaigns, including email, social, paid search, and events.
- Ability to create compelling thought leadership content and align sales collateral with brand messaging.
- Analytical mindset with experience using tools like Google Analytics to optimise performance.
- Solid understanding of SEO principles and practical experience in strategy execution.
- Confident working closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to align strategies and goals.
- Strong skills in ICP and buyer persona development to create targeted and effective campaigns.
