Salary: £75,000 - £95,000 + bonus, equity, private healthcare + more

The Role

As Senior Product Manager, you’ll own the vision and roadmap for high‑impact performance marketing products, with a strong focus on Google Ads and Performance Max (PMAX). This role is about depth, not surface‑level exposure – it’s designed for someone who truly understands how the Google ecosystem works and wants to push it further using AI, automation, and smart product thinking.

You’ll work closely with engineering, data science, and commercial teams to build products that help advertisers plan, execute, and optimise campaigns more intelligently. From bid strategies and creative signals to audience modelling and measurement, your work will sit at the heart of performance outcomes.

Crucially, this is a role where Product leads from the front. You’ll identify real customer problems, translate complex data into clear opportunities, and ship solutions that deliver tangible improvement in efficiency, scalability, and growth.

What you’ll be doing day to day

  • Owning product strategy and vision for AI‑driven AdTech solutions within the Google ecosystem
  • Defining and maintaining a clear product roadmap from discovery through to launch and iteration
  • Partnering with engineering and data science to deliver automation, optimisation, and predictive intelligence at scale
  • Working closely with commercial and customer teams to ensure products solve real advertiser challenges
  • Using performance data, experimentation, and customer insight to guide prioritisation and decision‑making
  • Staying ahead of platform changes and innovations across Google Ads and PMAX
  • Driving continuous improvement across an evolving product portfolio

Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager within AdTech, performance marketing, or digital advertising
  • Deep, hands‑on understanding of Google Ads, with strong expertise in Performance Max (PMAX)
  • Strong grasp of performance marketing fundamentals, bidding strategies, measurement, and attribution
  • Experience building or working with AI‑driven products focused on automation, optimisation, or decision support
  • Highly analytical, comfortable working with performance data and experimentation
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and the confidence to lead cross‑functional teams
