Senior Product Manager – Affiliate Marketing

About the Role
Our client are looking for a Senior Product Manager to take ownership of their affiliate marketing product offering.
You will be responsible for shaping and delivering products used by affiliate managers and performance marketing teams, with a clear focus on real‑world application. You'll lead the evolution of affiliate solutions from core capability into optimisation, performance insight, and measurable commercial impact.
Working closely with engineering, sales, and customer teams, you will act as the internal authority on affiliate marketing from a product perspective, ensuring solutions align with how affiliate programmes actually operate today and creating the innovations for tomorrow.
Responsibilities for Senior Product Manager will include:
- Own the product strategy and roadmap for affiliate marketing solutions, from discovery through to launch and continuous improvement
- Design and deliver products that address core affiliate challenges such as attribution integrity, traffic quality, performance optimisation, and ROI
- Lead MVP definition, feature prioritisation, and phased rollouts, balancing speed to market with long‑term product value
- Work directly with affiliate managers, performance marketers, and commercial stakeholders to validate problems and solutions
- Partner closely with engineering to translate requirements into scalable, production‑ready features
- Support sales and customer teams with product positioning, demo narratives, and client feedback loops
- Maintain a strong understanding of the affiliate ecosystem, including platforms, networks, and emerging trends
- Define and track KPIs related to product adoption, affiliate performance, and commercial impact
What you bring to the table
You will be already operating at a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager level, with experience working on affiliate marketing tools and solutions. Ideally you would have exposure to working with clients within the iGaming and/or e-Commerce sectors.
- 5+ years’ experience in product management within B2B SaaS, adtech, martech, or performance marketing
- Recent, hands‑on experience working on products or solutions specifically built for affiliate marketing
- Strong understanding of how affiliate programmes operate in practice, including attribution models, commission structures, and performance measurement
- Familiarity with leading Affiliate Management Platforms (AMPs), such as Impact, Partnerize, CJ, Awin, Rakuten, Post Affiliate Pro, Income Access, Tapfiliate, or similar platforms
- Proven ability to own a product area end‑to‑end and drive decision‑making with autonomy
- Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, high‑intensity product environment with global stakeholders
- Strong communication skills, able to align technical teams, commercial teams, and external clients
- Data‑driven mindset, with experience defining and using product and performance metrics to guide prioritisation
Nice to Haves
- Background working directly with affiliate managers, networks, or affiliate platforms
- Experience building or scaling optimisation, attribution, or traffic‑quality solutions for affiliate marketing
- Exposure to multi‑market or regulated affiliate environments
- Experience within a high‑growth SaaS or scale‑up business
