The Company

Solis have partnered with a growing lifestyle retailer looking for a Social Media Manager to join their growing teams.

 

They’re looking for a Social Media Manager who can plan, create and execute strategies across social channels, ensuring content is on-brand and appealing.

 

The business is building it’s reputation in the home retail space, and empower it’s team to contribute ideas of what can be successful and impactful within this space.

 

 

The Role

The Social Media Manager will be responsible to further develop, execute, and manage the social media strategy across various platforms, including but not limited to TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and more.

 

Day to day responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for all areas of organic Social Media from conceptualisation, content creation, posting and optimising.
  • Create, edit, and publish creative, original, and engaging content that aligns with the company's brand voice and style including creative copy, graphics and videos to post across channels.
  • Provide weekly analysis and reports on social media performance using relevant metrics and analytics tools
  • Ensure social media posts are on brand and align with best practices to engage audiences and improve brand awareness.
  • Work with the Marketing and Ecom Director to develop the influencer gifting strategy, from sourcing those who best align to brand values, building relations and ensuring content is on brand.
  • Oversee Marketing Executive and help direct on activity.

 

Skills and Responsibilities Required

To be successful in your application for the Social Media Manager role, you will have 3+ years relevant experience working on B2C or D2C campaigns with brands within the lifestyle space.

 

You will have/be:

  • 3-5 years of experience in social media management, content creation, and strategy as a Social Media Manager or an experienced Senior Executive ready for a step up.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, and video editing software.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Highly organised to manage multiple projects efficiently and produce a high volume of quality content.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Passionate about creativity, social media, and staying ahead of industry trends.
  • Must have the current right to work and live in the UK and proven experience working with the UK Market.

The role has a salary between £35,000 - £40,000 on offer.
