Job Offering

As a Sales & Marketing Manager, you will constantly engage with marketing, media and e-commerce departments to consult and sell into the media mix for leading brands. You will be responsible for prospecting new clients and cross-sell from existing ones. Your key tasks will include:

• Outreach & Prospecting: you are able to open doors and start the right conversation at enterprise clients, such as FMCG, Electronics, Home Appliances, etc.
• Build and nurture marketing and client networks.
• Presenting & proposals: you are able to demonstrate expertise and trust in the media landscape and pinpoint where Consumer Content belongs.
• Building pipeline and negotiating campaigns
• Project onboarding and client retention.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Significant experience (min. 4-7 years) in Marketing, Sales or Communications at a large (FMCG or Electronics) company and/or communication/media/marketing agency.
• A strong combination of sales data-driven behavior and human touch that easily creates trust with clients.
• Strong commercial experience, with in-depth experience in CRM, sales enablement and outreach.
• Ability to work independently and being persistence in handling objections.

• Fluent in English.

• Leading a small team of SEOs in a boutique digital agency with mid-sized to large clients

Experience Required

• 10 years agency experience
• Hiring, training and managing SEO teams
• Developing modern SEO strategy in an increasingly AI driven world
• Expert level technical SEO capability and demonstrable experience managing large websites of 1m+ URLs
• Expert consulting skills and written fluency
• Demonstrate capability architecting new SOPs, deliverables and processes
• Firm grasp of AI, RAG and automation for common SEO processes

• Ensuring all SEO deliverables are completed to a high standard
• Updating and creating new deliverables and processes
• Developing processes, checks and balances to increase work quality and efficiency over time

• Growing and promoting the teams through our internal job levels
• Building SEO deliverables and reports that fulfil client KPIs

• Spotting team gaps and developing a hiring plan in line with financial forecasts
• Producing training plans, documentation and governance related to our career progression ladder
• Helping pitch and win new business
• Growing the agencies reputation though technical SEO thought leadership via content production, media and conference talks
