Position Overview
We are seeking an exceptional Senior Product Manager to join our growing product team. This role reports directly to the Chief Product Officer. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who deeply understands the affiliate marketing industry and can effectively articulate product vision and strategy to diverse stakeholders.
This is a pivotal role that will drive our strategic evolution from fraud detection and prevention into optimization and performance enhancement solutions for our Affiliate Marketing product line. You will be responsible for expanding our capabilities across multiple verticals, including iGaming (Sports Betting, Online Casinos, Poker) and e-commerce, ensuring our affiliate fraud prevention and optimization solutions deliver measurable performance improvements for our clients.
The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of the Affiliate Marketing ecosystem across both iGaming and e-commerce sectors, including familiarity with leading Affiliate Management Platforms (AMPs) such as Impact, Affilka, PartnerMatrix, Income Access, Post Affiliate Pro, Tapfiliate, and others. You must understand how these platforms operate, how brands and affiliate partners interact through them, and the common types of affiliate fraud that threaten attribution integrity, including cookie stuffing, click fraud, lead fraud, and attribution manipulation.
This position requires someone who can take complete ownership of the Affiliate product line strategy, from MVP definition through launch execution, while maintaining tight alignment with our sales process. You will translate market needs into compelling product features that protect our clients from fraud while simultaneously helping them optimize their affiliate program performance for maximum ROI.

Key Responsibilities
- Affiliate Product Line Strategy: Own the complete product strategy for our Affiliate Marketing solutions, leading the strategic transition from fraud detection to prevention and optimization and performance enhancement across iGaming (Sports Betting, Online Casinos, Poker) and e-commerce verticals
- Product Roadmap Development: Build and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap that balances fraud prevention capabilities with optimization features, prioritizing based on market demands, competitive landscape, and revenue opportunities
- MVP Planning & Execution: Take complete ownership of MVP definition, planning, and launch execution for new Affiliate product features. Identify core capabilities, define success metrics, and create phased rollout strategies that balance speed-to-market with quality
- Sales Process Alignment: Maintain tight alignment with the sales team, providing product expertise during customer conversations, developing compelling demo narratives for affiliate solutions, and ensuring product roadmap reflects market demands and revenue opportunities
- Feature Launch Excellence: Lead end-to-end product feature launches for Affiliate solutions, articulating clear value propositions and go-to-market strategies that demonstrate measurable impact on affiliate program performance and fraud reduction
- Stakeholder Communication: Present product roadmaps, feature specifications, and success metrics to executive leadership, engineering teams, sales, and customers with clarity and confidence
- Market Intelligence: Maintain deep understanding of the affiliate marketing ecosystem, competitive landscape, and emerging trends in affiliate fraud prevention, affiliate management platforms, optimization technologies, and performance marketing across iGaming and e-commerce verticals
- Customer Discovery: Conduct customer interviews with affiliate managers and marketing teams, analyze usage data, and synthesize insights to identify unmet needs and validate product hypotheses across different vertical markets
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless product development and successful market adoption
- Success Metrics: Define, track, and communicate KPIs for Affiliate product performance, feature adoption, customer satisfaction, and fraud detection effectiveness
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience AND 5+ years of adtech industry experience, with specific focus on affiliate marketing (experience can be concurrent)
- Proven track record of successfully planning and launching MVPs that have achieved product-market fit and measurable business impact
- Demonstrated ability to take complete ownership of product planning and maintain alignment with sales processes throughout the product lifecycle
- Proven success launching B2B SaaS products across multiple industry verticals, with bonus points if it includes iGaming (Sports Betting, Online Casinos, Poker).
- Exceptional communication skills with demonstrated ability to present complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Deep understanding of the affiliate marketing ecosystem, including how affiliate programs operate, commission structures, attribution models, and optimization strategies
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data from multiple sources into actionable insights
- Data-driven decision-making approach with comfort using analytics platforms and product intelligence tools
Technical Knowledge & Skills
- Affiliate Management Platforms (AMPs): Deep familiarity with leading AMPs across both verticals including Impact, Affilka, PartnerMatrix, Cellxpert, Income Access, TheAffiliatePlatform, Post Affiliate Pro, Tapfiliate, Refersion, and others. Understanding of how these platforms operate, how brands integrate with them, and how affiliate partners use them to track performance
- Affiliate Fraud Types: Comprehensive understanding of common affiliate fraud tactics.
- Affiliate Marketing KPIs & Metrics: Deep expertise working with critical affiliate marketing metrics including EPC (Earnings Per Click), Conversion Rate, Click-Through Rate (CTR), AOV (Average Order Value), CPA (Cost Per Acquisition), Commission Rate, ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), Reversal Rate, Player Lifetime Value (LTV), and Revenue Share. Must be able to analyze, interpret, and help clients optimize their affiliate programs based on these metrics
- Product Analytics Tools: Experience with Figma and general analytics platforms. Bonus points for proficiency with Looker for data visualization and business intelligence
- Invalid Traffic Detection: Familiarity with bot traffic, click fraud, conversion fraud, and industry standards for traffic quality (e.g., TAG, MRC guidelines)
- API & Integrations: Understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, postback URLs, and common integration patterns for affiliate tracking platforms and marketing technology
- Agile Methodologies: Experience with Scrum, Kanban, or other agile frameworks; familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools
What Makes You Stand Out
- Experience building optimization and performance enhancement products specifically for affiliate marketing that measurably improve program efficiency and ROI
- Track record of successfully expanding affiliate-focused products across multiple verticals, particularly iGaming and e-commerce
- Experience building AI/ML-powered products for fraud detection, pattern recognition, or optimization algorithms in affiliate marketing
- Direct experience working as an affiliate manager or in an affiliate network, providing first-hand understanding of affiliate program operations
- Proficiency with Looker for data visualization and analytics
- Knowledge of Google Ads and Performance Max (PMAX) campaign structures (bonus)
- Track record of thought leadership through speaking engagements, published articles, or industry contributions in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or fraud prevention
- Experience working with enterprise clients in iGaming or e-commerce and navigating complex B2B sales cycles
- Prior experience at a high-growth SaaS startup or scale-up in the adtech, martech, or affiliate marketing space
- Certifications in product management (CSPO, CPM) or related areas
